Features

A back office for your portfolio,
not another spreadsheet.

Three things every long-term landlord wishes Mint or Quicken did, but no one built. Until now.

Auto-categorized to every door, every tenant.

Connect your bank once. DoorCash sorts every transaction into rental-specific categories (rent, mortgage, taxes, insurance, repairs, capex) and assigns each to the right property automatically. No more guessing whose check that was.

  • Plaid-powered, read-only access
  • On-device categorization. Your data stays yours.
  • Rules learn from every correction you make

See the next 30 days before they happen.

Most apps tell you what happened last month. DoorCash projects every rent deposit and recurring bill onto the next 30 days, so you spot the day a property goes red before the auto-pay bounces, not after.

  • Per-account daily forecast, refreshed nightly
  • Auto-detects mortgage, insurance, tax, HOA cycles
  • One-tap snooze if you've already moved money

Rent in Bill due Heads-up

One number per door. The one that matters.

Most landlords know their portfolio is profitable, but can't tell which door is dragging the rest down. DoorCash gives you real net cash flow per property: the one number that decides whether to refi, raise rent, or sell.

  • Net, not gross. Mortgage interest split from principal.
  • Compare months, quarters, custom date ranges
  • One-tap export. PDF or Schedule E worksheet.

Why DoorCash

Most landlords run their books
in a spreadsheet that lies to them.

Rows out of date. Mortgage interest mixed with principal. No idea which door is profitable. Sound familiar?

Spreadsheets & generic finance apps

The old way

  • Manual entry every weekend you'd rather not be working
  • One "rental income" line. No idea which door earned it.
  • Surprise tax and insurance bills, because nothing flagged them
  • Categories built for groceries and Netflix, not capex and depreciation
  • Year-end is a 12-tab archaeological dig for your CPA
DoorCash

The DoorCash way

  • Bank-linked. Every transaction categorized in seconds.
  • Every dollar tagged to the door it came from or hit
  • 30-day forecast per account, with alerts before things go red
  • 20+ rental-specific categories that map cleanly to Schedule E
  • Tap once to send your CPA a clean, per-property statement

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Is my bank data safe?

DoorCash connects to your bank read-only via Plaid, the same infrastructure used by Venmo, Robinhood, and your bank's own apps. We never see or store your credentials, and transaction data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Does it work without linking a bank?

Yes. You can manually log rent receipts, expenses, and snap receipts, and still get per-property P&L. Linking a bank just means you stop typing.

Is this for short-term rentals?

No. DoorCash is built specifically for long-term residential landlords. Long-term rentals have a completely different cash-flow rhythm (monthly rent, recurring mortgage, annual tax, insurance, capex), and we tune everything around that.

What about LLCs and multiple entities?

First-class. Tag each property to its entity, link the right business account, and DoorCash keeps each LLC's books cleanly separated. Your CPA gets entity-level statements, not a mess.

When does it actually launch?

We're targeting an App Store launch this summer. Waitlist members get TestFlight invites a few weeks before public launch, plus founding-member pricing for life.

iPhone only? What about Android or web?

iPhone first. We're a small team building one great app before we split focus. iPad and Android are on the roadmap once iPhone is excellent.

Find out which door is actually making money.

Join the waitlist. We'll email you exactly once. The day DoorCash hits the App Store.
